TI DSP step-by-step: C2000, C5000, and C6000

This book is designed for students or engineers unfamiliar with Texas Instrument (TI) Digital Signal Processors (DSP). The original idea of the book was formed after years of teaching various DSP courses. I have included all of my course notes in this book to form a step-by-step DSP tutorial. The book focuses on practical TI DSP programming in a fast and easy way.TI DSPs are among the best signal processors in the market but learning them is a real challenge. TI published hundreds of documents for its DSP families, but this book gathers all the necessary steps in one place. The book explains what a beginner needs and provides references for deeper understanding. However, in most chapters, the material is covered thoroughly, and there is no need to refer to the references.Most TI DSPs are part of 2000, 5000, or 6000 families. Although TI DSP families have many similarities, at the same time, they are very different. Putting hundreds of TI documents in a single short book is impossible. However, by the end of the book, the reader should have a good idea of what he or she does not know and where this information can be found.
