<p>Human Resources Director Liston Jasmine once told employee Bernard Ashton, "Everything goes through Human Resources!" Current with company policies and the function of Human Resources, Ashton thought he understood that statement. </p><p>Tuesday, March 2, 2010, Liston Jasmine called Bernard Ashton on the telephone and requested Ashton to come over to his office for a discussion. Jasmine on this day was unusually vague about the purpose of his meeting, alone, with Ashton. It was also unusual that on this day and for this meeting that Jasmine did not email the purpose of the meeting and who would be in attendance. Ashton's supervisor Henry Rosenthal, next door, and who just finished a telephone call with Jasmine about retiring, was ear hustling to Jasmine's phone call with Ashton. Dishonest in appearance, Bernard Ashton trusted Human Resources Director Liston Jasmine. </p><p>When Ashton arrived to Jasmine's office HR Director Jasmine was not alone. In fact, Jasmine had his two HR associates with him-there to evaluate Ashton for his fitness for duty-and they all concluded Ashton to be frustrated, emotional, violent, and angry. Rosenthal told Ashton "You're done!" when Ashton returned. </p><p>Monday, March 1, 2010, Ashton had delivered a follow up discrimination letter to Chief Executive Officer Mike Justin. The follow up discrimination letter was given to Justin's two Corporate Attorneys: Marty Ruskin and Jennifer Paris. Additional harassment concerning Henry Rosenthal and Larry Tompkins were substantiated in the follow up letter. Larry Tompkins was Rosenthal's boss. It was a Dunn Deal. </p><p>Friday, March 5, 2010, after confirming that Ashton was alone and the floor lights were off, Tompkins, with two Sheriff Deputies, placed Ashton on Administrative Leave, instructed Ashton to take a Fitness for Duty Evaluation with the company physician, and slowly escorted Ashton down dark hallways to the rear fire escape to the parking lot. Tompkins told Ashton never to return to the building, or the lot. </p><p>Bernard Ashton knew the company policies and properly submitted documents. </p><p>Human Resources Director Jasmine denied employee Ashton his 26 witnesses. </p><p>Human Resources Director Jasmine denied employee Ashton his fair hearing. </p><p>Human Resources Director Jasmine denied employee Ashton unemployment. </p><p>Human Resources Director Jasmine violated several Human Resources' policies. </p><p>It became clear to employee Bernard Ashton exactly what Human Resources Director Liston Jasmine meant by, "Everything goes through Human Resources!" It meant that HR has the right to violate policies and lie to protect the company.</p>
